Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process for a return or exchange.
Package Your Item
Place the unwashed, unused blanket with original tags attached into its original packaging or a secure shipping box.
Ship It Back
Print the provided prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
